There's something to be said for a dozen strangers getting together on a given day and giving it all they've got. I've been oddly enough seeking solace in these kind of workouts now.

You owe it to yourself to get involved with these sessions. Why? Jobs are getting more stressful, marriages are straining under the financial weight we all carry from providing for our children and each other, world news and national politics has the community grumpy as hell. Cross workouts like these keep your body in tune. And a tuned body (doesn't have to been Magazine Cover gorgeous) equals a tuned mind thus allowing you to better handle your day to day activities.

Knowing what it takes to get to your physical threshold, feeling those endorphins racing as you gnash you teeth behind the prowler, will make the daily troubles, easier to handle.

I love your blog. It is a real treasure. I hope you don't mind but did you code this theme yourself? I am always seeking to improve the design of my body armor site.

Nice edit on the events of last weekend!

I ran through a prowler routine with MXPWRN for the first time this month and it was a huge eyeopener. I've been focusing too much on the cardio end of my fitness and neglecting the core (or at least more of it) strengthening aspect of the workout.

Oddly enough, my physical exertion that day took me to a place where I want to be with all of my workouts. Working 'outside of the box', away from the status quo of treadmills and stationary machinery.

See you Saturday!
