- Shipping charges are based upon the weight and destination of your order. We ship directly from our manufacturers on most items and unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes or to international addresses. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories can only be shipped by air delivery or USPS and does not qualify for any free shipping.
- Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit and notify the delivery driver of any noticeable damage. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure you receive the best quality fitness equipment in the best possible condition, but things tend to get tossed around inside those big delivery trucks. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will get on top of replacing it for you.
- Any shipping charges incurred during delivery and/or returns are your responsibility unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Which happens, sometime. We try to make sure it doesn't, but you never know.
- Privacy
- We value and respect your privacy. Whenever you shop with us we obtain from you the information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, address, telephone number, driver's license number, birth date, and e-mail address. If you use a credit or debit card or pay by check, it will include your account number. We have taken security precautions to safeguard this personal information.
- If you register an online account with us or sign up for our email list, we may ask you for additional information such as your interests or product preferences. From your purchases and other interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific products or services you purchase or use. To improve our Web site, we also collect non-personal information about how users navigate through the site. This statistical information does not include individual names or personal data, so it does not identify you or any other customer.
- Any information we collect is used to help improve your Max Power experience. We never share your information with any third parties. If you're getting junk mail, it's not from us. Unless it's from us, in which case we hope it's not junk. You know what I mean.
- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- To return or exchange an item, please call (302) 373 0411 or email us at speed@maxpowernow.com. Items must be returned in the condition in which they are received (no sweat, chalk, odors, wear, etc). There is also a 20% restocking fee on all equipment, unless it is incorrect, defective, or damaged. No other warranty written or implied exists. Manufacturer‘s Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.
- If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with our manufacturers to replace your damaged item.
- If we made a mistake with your order by sending you an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will be more than happy to replace the item or refund all costs, including shipping back to our warehouses. For other returns or exchanges, any shipping charges that were incurred are non-refundable.
- Placing an Order / Canceling an Order
- You can order directly through our online store. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology to ensure safe transmission of your personal information over the Internet. Our system does not store credit card data
- Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our Web site as it is by telephone, but if you prefer the latter, you may purchase online merchandise by calling (717) 581 8188. One of our customer service associates will gladly take your order.
- If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Call (302) 373 0411 anytime, and please have your order number ready.
- Payment Options, Sales Tax & Promotions
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express cardholders are currently out of luck. All credit card transactions will be processed under "Macula Group, Inc".
- Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to your order in accordance with the regulations of the state in which your shipping address is located. The amount is specified in the "Sales Tax" field of your online purchase summary.
- We occasionally run promotions on certain items. Please sign up for our email to receive promotion alerts.
